What is a Non A Letter?
This is the Non Availability letter issued to you if there is no room available for you on base. You are authorized to find lodging off base at this allowed per diem rate plus 12% tax. *This rate is subject to change per Gov Rate increases yearly.
We honor: Gov't base rate per diem without a Non A letter for stays over 90 nights.
What is the on base rate?
The base rate is currently what you are allowed to be reimbursed at if there is a room on base but you choose to stay at off base lodging. You would need to find lodging that will accept at or below that per diem rate and won't be charged tax. *This rate is subject to change per Gov Rate increases yearly.
Do you provide a Detailed Statement?
Detailed billing statements with the daily rate and tax if allowed are provided to submit to your Finance Office.
Oak Shores Condos are individually owned units and Resort and Parking Fees are not charged. Keep that in mind if you are charged such fees with a management company.

$129 per night plus 12% tax
$60 Cleaning Fee- One time fee
* Does not apply to Holiday & Event dates
Refundable Damage Deposit: $125
(Active TDY: Damage Deposit fee waived)
No Resort, Booking or Service fees.
Minimum age to Book 25 yrs. Does not apply to active KAFB or Gov't TDY stays.
Max Occupancy: 2 people max per a studio or 1 bedroom unit(Children 2 years or under do not count towards occupancy limit) Per City of Biloxi.
No third party reservations. Person that books must be at the property during your reserved dates.
REQUIRED: A copy of your Drivers License, and vehicle information that you will have on the property.
First & last name of additional adult overnite occupant & dates they will be at the property.
A Lease is required for base rate stays and you are responsible for all tax should you leave under 90 nights without orders or a valid reason.
Pets: are not allowed per HOA Rules.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping in the units.
You may be charged for replacement of any damaged or missing item(s).
