Minimum age to Book 25 yrs. Active Keesler Air Force TDY exceptions.
Max Occupancy: 2 people max per a studio or 1 bedroom unit(Children 2 years or under do not count towards occupancy limit) Per City of Biloxi.
3rd party Booking: No third party reservations. Person that books must be at the property during your reserved dates.
REQUIRED: A copy of your Drivers License, first & last name of additional adult occupant & vehicle tag # on the property while staying so that we comply with City of Biloxi STR Ordinance Regulations.
Pets: are not allowed per HOA Rules.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping in the units.
No Resort, Booking or Service fees.
You may be charged for replacement of any damaged item(s).
